So, our next trip starts now, almost 2,000 miles through Northern Arizona and into Utah,
The loop in the two-week trip will allow us to take in some of the United States most
Being the Fall (Autumn) it is a very popular time to travel to this area, the temperatures are cooling down below 100 degrees F and the nights should be in the mid 60’s. What does this mean? Kristi’s idea that we not only save money but give the family the awesome experience of camping in some of the best national parks the States has to offer.
First Stop…. The Petrified Forest.
We were so lucky to be able to see our first petrified forest in The Catlins in Southland, New Zealand so excited to see how this one compares, we will be staying in a motel this night
Second Stop…. Monument Valley
I have seen it with John Wayne sitting on a horse and Clint Eastwood chewing tobacco but I cannot wait to visit this area and check these formations out. We will be camping on a nice site.
Stop 3…. Moab
Home to Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse National Parks. We have three nights here visiting these National Parks. The challenge here is that the campsites are first
4…. Ogden
We love it here. Home to Kristi’s Brother’s
Park City Number 5
Home of our dear friends Lexi and Lloyd and we can’t wait to see them and spend a week catching up, three years ago we were two couples with one Daughter between us, now we are two couples with five kids including four boys under 3.
We will also be attending the 2018 doTERRA conference in Salt Lake City. Don’t forget to check us out on www.facebook.com/globalcitizenoils.
Stop 6…. Zion National Park
Top of Kristi’s list and many many others. Probably the United States most popular National Park and home to the famous “Narrows”. Camping here will be
Last Call, 8…. The Grand Canyon
The Grand Canyon, known to everyone and on more bucket lists than a date with Dan Carter……….
We will be posting as we travel this 2,000 mile trip and look forward to sharing our adventures with you guys.
