July 4th Celebrations
July 4th 1776 America gained its independence from The British Empire. Then the 13 colonies (now 50 States) declared themselves as a new nation, what we now know today as The United States Of America.
The actual independence was declared on July 2.
However, today it is celebrated nationwide by a very patriotic and proud nation. We got to celebrate it in my favourite way, with family, friends, live music and blistering fireworks. It was the boys latest night up and they handled it great as they witnessed their first firework display, balloons, fun and dance.
I love the respect and love the Americans give to their family and friends and am proud to be part of this family………..Happy Birthday America.
Proud to be a new American citizen and celebrate this wonderful holiday! Cant wait to follow your journey guys xxx
